How to Request

Email Lamrod with the details needed to identify your account. This helps us verify the request and route it to the right team.

Request Checklist
- Send a deletion request from the email address or phone number connected to your Lamrod account where possible.
- Include your full name, registered email or phone number, organisation or customer account, and the Lamrod app or product you used.
- Lamrod may ask for additional verification before processing the request.
- After verification, Lamrod will review the request and delete or de-identify eligible personal information where reasonably possible.

Deletion Scope
Eligible Information
Where Lamrod controls the relevant account information, we will delete or de-identify eligible personal information reasonably associated with the account, such as basic profile, contact, enquiry, or app account information.
Retention
Information That May Be Kept
- Records required for legal, tax, billing, audit, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or compliance purposes.
- Information controlled by a Lamrod customer, employer, school, fleet operator, public-sector department, or other organisation using Lamrod.
- Operational records that must be retained under a customer agreement, deployment policy, support process, or applicable law.
- Backups or logs that are removed through normal retention cycles rather than immediately overwritten.

Customer or Organisation Accounts
If your Lamrod account was provided by an employer, fleet operator, school, government department, enterprise customer, or other organisation, that organisation may control parts of your account and operational data. Lamrod may need to coordinate with that organisation before deleting, exporting, or changing account information.
Processing Time
Lamrod will review deletion requests after receiving enough information to verify and process the request. Timing may vary based on verification, customer deployment requirements, system architecture, legal obligations, and whether the request involves operational records controlled by a customer.
