- Visit your closest regional transport office and procure form number 2.
- Fill the form and submit it along with all the necessary documents such as age and address proof.
- A certificate is required by the driving school that has been authorized by the State government as per form number 5.
- Once all the documents are submitted, you will receive a serial number along with a notification on the registered mobile number.
