New traffic rules 2021

  • In Uttrakhand, if a driver is caught talking on a mobile phone while driving then the police can charge fine as well as take his mobile phone for 24 hours.
  • If any person is seen to park his or her vehicle in front of any rescue vehicle such as a police vehicle, fire truck, or ambulance. Then the driver has to pay a fine of at least  ₹2000 or more.
  • Pune and Bangalore have banned the use of loud silencers on motorcycles as they cause a lot of noise pollution and disturb others.
  • If any driver is caught watching a video while driving a vehicle then he or she can be punished by the law.
